REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cecilia Muthoni Ndung’u, of P.O. Box 89937— 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 2909 section VI Mainland North within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, held by a certificate of lease registered as C.R. 35192/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
