THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Enock Olando Ombwaka and (2) Mary A. A. Ombwaka, administrators of the estate of Paul Titus Ombwaka (deceased), both of P.O. Box 468—40600, Siaya in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 8660, situate in south west of Nakuru Municipality in Nakuru District, held by a grant registered as I.R. 12659, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
