NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th February, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1521, in Volume D1 Folio 54/876, File No. MMXII, by our client, Abdirahman Mohamud Abdi, of P.O. Box 75-70100, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Bare Mohamud Abdi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Bare Mohamud Abdi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdirahman Mohamud Abdi, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdirahman Mohamud Abdi only.
