GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6912

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Mercedese Benz reg. No. KXE 050, motor vehicle to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the premises of Specialized Engineering Company (E.A.) Limited, Secol House, Athi River Road, Nairobi, upon payment of storage charges together with all other charges pertaining to the said vehicle including the cost of this notice, failure to which the said vehicle will be disposed off under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act to recover the said charges and any surplus therefrom shall be credited unto owners account and any shortfall therefrom shall be debited unto owners account and shall remain due and owing and Messrs. Specialized Engineering Company (E.A) Limited, shall take measure to recover the same as a civil debt. Dated the 20th April, 2012.
