COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned development plan was on 26th July, 2010, completed. The development plan relate to land situated within County Council of Pokot. 18th May, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE Copies of the development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Pokot North, District Commissioner, Pokot North and County Clerk, County Council of Pokot. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at offices of District Physical Planning Officer, Pokot North, District Commissioner, Pokot North and County Clerk, County Council of Pokot, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 540–30600, Kapenguria, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
