Box 103, Meru in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mutua Solomon Mugambi alias Samuel Mutua, late of Kaaga, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2005.
