THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Alex Waihenya Kiarie, (2) Mungai Kiarie Karanja and (3) Edward Mathenge Ndung‘u, are the registered proprietors of that piece of land containing 0.0402 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/7243, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in civil suit No. 163 of 2011, has ordered for the surrender of the said land title deed which was fraudulently acquired, and whereas the all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument to Patrick Ogutu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Alex Waihenya Kiarie, (2) Mungai Kiarie Karanja and (3) Edward Mathenge Ndung‘u, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
