GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6666

WHEREAS Eliud Nganga Wainaina, of P.O. Box 1719, Kinangop in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nyandarua/Ol Aragwai/4317, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas the principal magistrates‘ court at Nyahururu, in civil suit No. 56 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Daglase Wainaina Ng‘ang‘a, of P.O. Box 232—00600, Nairobi, and whereas the said court executed a transfer of the piece of 18th May, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE land in favour of Daglase Wainaina Ng‘ang‘a, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Daglase Wainaina Ng‘ang‘a, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Eliud Nganga Wainaina, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
