APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 24 of the former
Constitution, as read with section 3 (2) of the Sixth Schedule to the
Constitution (Transitional and Consequential Provisions), I, Mwai
Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence
Forces, appoint—
