NOTICE is given that pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following various item lying at the yard of Thomas Njoroge and John M. Kahuho, at Mlolongo along Mombasa Road, to collect the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding accumulated storage/security charges and other incidental coasts incurred thereon. This is one Peugeot 406, reg. No. KAD 165X, one Toyota Hiace, reg. No. KAP 815S and one 40 feet trailer without number plate. If the aforesaid vehicles/lorries/properties are not collected through the expiry of this notice, the vehicles/lorries/properties will be sold by public auction through Sadique Enterprises Auctioneers without reference to the owners and at their own cost.
