The grant of the licenses by the Commission to the applicants may affect the public, local authorities, companies, persons or body of persons within the country. Any public, local authority, company, person or body of persons desirous of making any representations on or objection to the grant of the license as aforesaid must do so by a letter addressed to the Director-General, Communications Commission of Kenya, P.O.Box 14448-00800, Nairobi, indicating, the nature of the license on the outside of the cover enclosing the representation or objection, on or before the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and must forward to the applicant or applicants, as the case may be, a copy of such representation or objection.
