NOTICE is given that the land described on the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Mitaboni, Mariakani, Kaloleni District. Purpose.—Electricity Transmission Substation. Area.—200 acres, approximately 80.94 hectares. The land is situated approximately 8 kilometres to the north-west of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from point ―A‖, which is an iron pin on concrete from which spot height 242 and spot height 225 are 7350m and 3605 m distant on bearing of 99 30'00" and 203 40'00" respectively, thence for a distance of 549.31m on a bearing of 132 20'38" to point ―B‖–1 PC; thence for a distance of 986.11m on a bearing of 116 41'42" to point ―C‖–1 PC; thence for a distance of 233.82m on a bearing of 0 37'49" to point ―D‖–1 PC; thence for a distance of 273.86m on a bearing of 251 02'09" to point ―E‖–1 PC; thence for a distance of 162.52m on a bearing of 284 58'37" to point ―G‖–1 PC; thence for a distance of 464.01m on a bearing of 258 41'24" to point ―H‖–1 PC; thence for a distance of 752.17m on a bearing of 326 19'52" to point ―I‖–1 PC; thence for a distance of 124.49m on a bearing of 354 55'49" to point ―J‖–1 PC; thence for a distance of 227.18m on a bearing of 0 16'14" to point ―K‖–1 PC; thence for a distance of 69.66m on a bearing of 50 49'35" to point ―M‖–1 PC; thence for a distance of 94.81m on a bearing of 37 42'58" back to starting point ―A‖–1 PC.
