TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 222 OF 2012 By (1) Flora Chelimo, (2) Fred Chelimo, (3) Silvester Chelimo and (4) Ambrose Chelimo, all of P.O. Box 2157, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Chebii & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kibiator Chelimo, late of Kaptumbo Sub-location, Trans Nzoia East District, who died on 24th April, 2010. CAUSE NO. 238 OF 2012 By Purity Wachuka Kabanya, of P.O. Box 155, Karatina in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luke Kabanya Gakuu alias Luke Kabanya Gakuo, who died at Kairia Sub-location, on 3rd February, 2002.
