REGISTRATION

WHEREAS M‘Itabari Kanyi (deceased), is the registered proprietor of those pieces of land containing 1.62, 0.288, 0.405, 1.62, 0.324, 1.21, 1.21, 0.405 and 1.62 hectare or thereabouts, known as Auki/Akachiu/965, 964, 963, 962, 967, 959, 961, 966 and 960, respectively, situate in the district of Meru North, and whereas the Highh Court at Meru in succession cause No. 515 of 2009, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Haron Kaberia, and whereas the land title deeds issued earlier to M‘Itabari Kanyi (deceased) have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instruments and R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said M‘Itabari Kanyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
