REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ruth Wangari Muchina (deceased) is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Githunguri/ Gathangari/T.195, Githunguri/ Gathangari/3245 and 3246, containing 0.23, 2.023 and 0.405 hectares or thereabout, respectively, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Kiambu in succession cause no. 252 of 2011, has issued grant of letters of administration to Naomi Wanjiku Githugo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ruth Wangari Muchina (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of RL.19 and RL.7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ruth Wangari Muchina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
