WHEREAS (1) Mbugua Maina Gitau and (2) Wakaria Njoroge George, both of P.O. Box 21648, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.1359 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 102/33, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
