APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (b) of the
Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998, the Minister for
Information and Communications appoints—
FRANCIS WAMUKOTA WANGUSI to be the Director-General of the Communications Commission of
Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 21st
August, 2012.
