IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (a) of the
Machakos University College Order, 2011, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint—
Cleopa K. Mailu (Dr.), Gladys Karegi Kianji, to be Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, respectively, of Machakos
University College Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th May, 2012.
