Box 52418–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Martin Marius Mbugua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Martin Marius Mbugua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maria Marius Mbugua, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Maria Marius Mbugua only. MARIA MARIUS MBUGUA , MR/0431022 formerly known as Martin Marius Mbugua.
