NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st March, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 703, in Volume DI, Folio 110/1824, File No. MMXII, by our client, Ireri Nyaga Mwathi Waithavu, of P.O. Box 2124–60100, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Leonard Ireri Nyaga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Leonard Ireri Nyaga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ireri Nyaga Mwathi Waithavu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ireri Nyaga Mwathi Waithavu only.
