notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of the Peugeot 504 reg. No. KAE 244S, Peugeot 504, reg. No. KYL 476, Mazda reg. No. KAA 285R, refrigerators, cookers and utensils within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles, refrigerators, cookers and utensils which are currently lying at L.R. No. 1870/111/214, Cumberland Court-Westlands, Nairobi, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
