TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with section 247 (1) (3) of the Companies Act (Cap. 486) of the laws of Kenya, as read together with Rule 152 of the Companies (Winding-up) Rules, We, the Deposit Protection Fund Board, the Liquidator of the above named Company, Inter-African Credit Finance Co. Limited (In liquidation), intend to apply to the High Court for the release of the Deposit Protection Fund Board (DPFB). And further take notice that any objection you may have to the granting of the release of the Liquidator must be notified to the High Court within twenty-one (21) days of the date hereof. A summary of all receipts and payments in the winding up is ready for inspection at the Deposit Protection Fund Board (DPFB) offices situated at Marshall House (also known as CBK Pension House), 2 nd Floor, on any working day, from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Dated the 30th July, 2012.
