TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2012 By Paul Gitau Ndungu, of P.O. Box 1856-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Gitau, late of Yamumbi, who died at District Hospital, Eldoret, on 8th January, 1998. CAUSE NO. 197 OF 2012 By (1) Dennis Kipkemoi Cheptarus, of P.O. Box 35, Chepkorio in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kiprono Cheptarus, who died at Medheal Hospital, Eldoret, on 18th July, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
