REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Otieno Ongwano (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Suna East/Wasweta 1/12268, containing 0.87 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas the senior principal magistrate‘s court at Migori, in succession cause No. 152 of 2008, has issued grant letters of administration to Roseline Adhiambo Juma, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to George Otieno Ongwano (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration land title deed issued earlier to the said George Otieno Ongwano (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
