REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maisha Bora Development Company Limited, of P.O. Box 73096–00200, Nairobi, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R No. 9363/14, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 71943, whereas the said Maisha Bora Development Company Limited, has lodged a surrender of title instrument of the said lease, and whereas affidavits have been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said lease registered as No. I.R. 71943, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of surrender.
