REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Agnes Tendwa, of P.O. Box 42152, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land known as L.R. No. MN/I/8982, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 35623/1, measuring 0.0108 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall a issue provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
