REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eddie Stanislaus Mcmzungu, of P.O. Box 80752, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land known as L.R. No. MN/I/3323, situate within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 16648/1, measuring 0.0286 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
