WHEREAS James T. Kimotho, of P.O. Box 125, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. MN/I/1986, situate within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of lease registered as C.R. 14411, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
