IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 2 (1) (a), 3(2) of the sixth schedule to the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, section 112 (2) of the Elections Act, 2011 and Rule 8 of the Local Government Elections Rules, it is notified for general information that the polling centers for the electoral areas (civic wards) listed in the third column of the Schedule hereto and falling within the constituencies listed in the second column of the schedule are located at the places described in fifth column of the said Schedule and those are the places where polling for the by-elections shall take place on 17th September, 2012.
