NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th March, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 491, in Volume B-13, Folio 13, File No. 962, by our client, Abdulbasit Mohamed Sultan, of P.O. Box 1992–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Halakhe Galma Jattani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Halakhe Galma Jattani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdulbasit Mohamed Sultan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdulbasit Mohamed Sultan only.
