ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of 4 No. LPG tanks, 2 No. fuel tanks, 1 No. 40 ft. refrigerated container and 1 No. 20ft container stored at Soham Oils Kenya, situated on Mombasa Road, Mombasa, to take delivery of the said tanks, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of storage and related charges, failure to which the said items will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice, and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
