TENDER

notice is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KBA 603V, Toyota Premio, grey in colour, chassis No. AT211– 0122385, that within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is currently lying at our principal‘s yard at Mlolongo, along Mombasa Road, Nairobi, upon payment to this office, costs of accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs, failure of which the same shall be disposed of under the above-mentioned provision without any further reference to the owner, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges.
