NOTICE is given that a petition for the winding-up of the above- named company by the High Court of Kenya, was on the 10th February, 2010, presented to the said court by Edwin Kakach. A copy of the petition may be obtained from the offices of the Advocates of the petitioner or from the court‘s registry herein. Any person who intends to appear on the hearing of the petition, either to oppose or support it, must send notice of his intention to the petitioner or to the petitioners advocates at the address stated hereinbelow within the time and manner prescribed by rule 29 of the Companies Act (Winding-up) Rules.
