TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 89 OF 2010 By (1) Nancy Wanguki and (2) Julius Kariuki Hinga, both of P.O. Box 41, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hinga Mutungu, late of Tambach, who died on 17th February, 1989. CAUSE NO. 133 OF 2011 By (1) Esther Chebet Mutai and (2) Viola Chelimo Mutai, both of P.O. Box 4370, Uasin Gishu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Banan Joseph Chebures, late of Cheptiret Sub-location, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
