REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimeli arap Choge, of P.O. Box 523, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Baraton/627, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the principal magistrate‘s court at Kapsabet in succession cause No. 23 of 2003, has issued letters of administration and certificate of grant to Ismael Choge, and whereas the title deed issued earlier to Kimeli arap Choge has not been surrendered to the land registrar, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said certificate of grant of letters of administration to the said Ismael Choge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimeli arap Choge, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
