REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ben Oluoch Olunya and (2) Mrs. Simone ellis Oluoch-Olunya, both of P.O. Box 14885-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that Flat No. 2 on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/11/341, situate in the city of Nairobi, held by virtue of a lease registered as No. I.R. 87826, and whereas the said (1) Ben Oluoch Olunya and (2) Mrs. Simone ellis Oluoch-Olunya have lodged surrender of lease instrument of the said lease, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said lease is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of surrender.
