NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the administrators of the estate of Michael Abuya (deceased) to take delivery of motor vehicle reg. No. KAH 298K belonging to the above named deceased, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, from the premises of Agrifresh Kenya Limited in Timau, upon payment of all the outstanding storage, repairs and fuelling charges prior to the deceased’s death. If the aforesaid motor vehicle is not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty, without any further notice. Dated the 12th January, 2011. A.
