NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th October, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1521, in Volume DI, Folio 229/4809, File No. MMXI, by my client, Bernard Tonny Atancha, of P.O. Box 4283— 001000, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Tom Atancha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Tom Atancha, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bernard Tonny Atancha, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Bernard Tonny Atancha only.
