ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle KAU 148V, Volkswagen Passat, which is currently lying at the premises of Messrs. Auto Body & Paint Limited, Falcony Road, off Enterprise Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage and repair charges and any other incidental costs incurred at the time delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicle is not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty by Whitestone Auctioneers, Chepkorio Road, off Lusaka Road, P.O. Box 79157– 00400, Nairobi, without any further notice thereof.
