NOTICE is given pursuant to section 73 (5) of the Water Act, 2002, to the general public and consumers that the Water Services Regulatory Board has approved an extraordinary tariff adjustment for the Coast Water Services Board bulk water at KSh. 25/3 for all agents (WSPs) for a period of one year to cushion bulk operations against rising costs of inputs with effect from 1st January, 2012 up to 21st December, 2012.
