TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 263 OF 2011 By (1) Leah Jepkorir Kipyego and (2) Elijah Kimeli Chebet, both of P.O. Box 1310–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kipruto Kipyego, late of Nairobi, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 2011. CAUSE NO. 333 OF 2011 By Mathews Tato Bussuru Simiyu, of P.O. Box 594, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Simiyu Tato alias Alfred Tato Kwaro, late of Lugari, who died at Mawe Tatu Sub-location, on 6th January, 2003. CAUSE NO. 335 OF 2011 By (1) Esther Muthoni Keino and (2) Doris Chepchumba Keino, both of P.O. Box 4534, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Keino Suter, late of Barsombe Soy, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
