WHEREAS (1) Harishchandra Rameshchandra Shah and (2) Chetna Harishchandra Shah, both of P.O. Box 41489—00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all those maisonettes No. 5 and 6 erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/3410/2, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as No. I.R. 48300/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
