IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 5 (1) of the Government Financial Management (Women Enterprise Fund) Regulations, 2007, the Minister for Gender, Children and Social Development appoints— Esther Jerop Maiyo, Noah Wambua Kilonzo, to be members of the Advisory Board of the Women Enterprise Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 1st January, 2012.
