NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th March, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 658, in Volume DI, Folio 68/1073, File No. MMXII, by our client, Mwania Peter Ngilu, of P.O. Box 262, Kwale in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abednego Mwania Peter, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abednego Mwania Peter, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mwania Peter Ngilu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mwania Peter Ngilu only.
