take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Southlake Hospital 596, Davis Drive, Newmarket, Ontario, on 21st October, 2011, has been filed in this registry by (1) Noorali Gulamali Visram, (2) Mohamed Hussein Gulamali Visram, (3) Anil Rustamali Gulamali Visram and (4) Raziabai Rustamali Gulamali Visram, all of P.O. Box 81403, Mombasa, in their capacities as executors of the deceased;s estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
