Box 36, Kalamba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukeka Mailu, late of Ikangavya, Makueni, who died at Ikangavya, on 4th December, 2007. CAUSE NO. 448 OF 2011 By (1) Nicholas Peter Kitoo, (2) Francis Musyimi Kitoo and (3) Stephen Musyoka Kitoo, all of P.O. Box 170, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresiah Ndinda Kioko, late of Muisuni, who died at Muisuni, on 6th September, 2009.
