THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Njagi M’Wathara (deceased), of Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.86 hectares or thereabout, known as Kagaari/Kanja/2926, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court Judge, in succession cause No. 179 of 2011, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Sammy N. Nyaga John (ID/1304199), and whereas all efforts made to recover the title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document to Sammy N. Nyaga John, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to John Njagi M’Wathara (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 11th May, 2012. J. M.
