REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Enrico Di Veroli, of P.O. Box 1443, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land known as portion No. 1862, situate within Malindi in the Malindi District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 31162/1/1, measuring Apartment No. CD 101, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
