WHEREAS Said Suleman Said, of P.O. Box 87149, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land known as portion No. 1527, situate in within Malindi in the Malindi District, held by a title deed registered as No. C.R. 12088, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
