NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th November, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 2545, in Volume D1, Folio 232/4, File No. MMXI, by our client, Lynnet Vivianne Owiti, of P.O. Box 30131– 001000, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lynet Viviene Kumba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lynet Viviene Kumba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lynnet Vivianne Owiti, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lynnet Vivianne Owiti only.
